On the application form, we ask for you to honestly answer a few questions relating to your low-income and refugee status. These questions include describing your occupation, providing your annual household income, and stating your refugee status, country of origin, and date of arrival (if you and your family are refugees). All information will be kept private and only used to determine program eligibility.

Registration and tutoring sessions are completely free. However, some courses require different materials that we will ask you to purchase if you do not have them already. Some examples include art supplies, robot parts, additional workbooks, and a laptop/tablet (if your student does not have access to one). Nevertheless, our organization does have some funds that we are happy to use to support your student with necessary materials, if purchasing materials is an issue.
